Job summary

ATI is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead manufacturing teams in North Carolina. You will manage safety, quality, policies, production output, and on-time delivery, while guiding performance through reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.

You will also certify and recertify staff for key operations, plan material flow, and drive cost reductions. The role requires organizing schedules, maintaining equipment, and timely reporting of issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee behavior and involvement in Safety, Quality, Production, and On-Time Performance.
• Oversee performance reviews and disciplinary actions per policy.
• Develop and promote team members for growth within the company.
• Certify and recertify employees for critical and non-critical operations.
• Plan work flow to meet customer requirements and deliver product on time.
• Identify and drive cost reduction in production and processes.
• Maintain equipment, tools, parts, and work area in good condition.
• Keep production records and work overtime as required.
