Job summary

ATI is seeking an Operations Leader at our Monaca, PA facility. You will oversee a represented hourly workforce and manage safety, quality, productivity, and costs, interacting with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, driving maintenance and reliability improvements, and applying Lean principles to enhance safety and performance. A strong emphasis on policy adherence and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Lead a diverse hourly workforce and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with computer systems (Microsoft Office).
• Preferred experience with Lean Manufacturing and ERP systems like Oracle.
• Six Sigma exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly personnel including daily assignments, work performance, and policy adherence.
• Drive equipment reliability improvements with direct maintenance involvement.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing to safety, quality, efficiency, and cost improvements.
• Lead daily operations focused on safety, quality, productivity, and adherence to standards.
• Develop technical knowledge of equipment and processes to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
