Job summary

ATI in Monaca, PA, is seeking an Operations Leader to guide a represented hourly workforce in daily manufacturing operations. You will own Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost Control for production units, interfacing with all levels.

The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, with shifts including weekends. A Bachelor's in Engineering or Math and prior leadership in manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly personnel and ensure safety, quality and policy adherence.
• Drive equipment reliability through maintenance involvement.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing to improve safety, quality, efficiency and costs.
• Lead daily operations with focus on standards and productivity.
• Develop equipment/process knowledge to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
