JRI Hospitality is seeking an Hourly Manager for Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in West Chester, PA. You’ll join the restaurant management team, coaching and developing crew to deliver fast, friendly service and high-quality, made-to-order meals.

As an Hourly Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, motivate staff, control labor and food costs, and ensure safety and cleanliness. This role emphasizes recruiting, mentoring, and maintaining a welcoming guest experience through strong

Qualificações

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Willing to learn new skills and present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a variety of hours including days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience in operations, management, inventory, scheduling or guest relations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop team members to ensure successful shifts.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts with a focus on speed of service, hospitality and safety & cleanliness.
• Assist management with daily operations, including labor and food cost control and guest relations.
