JRI Hospitality Management, Inc. is seeking an Hourly Manager for Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Gonzales, LA. You will coach and develop team members, lead shifts, and focus on hospitality, safety, and guest satisfaction to ensure top performance and a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, recruiting and mentoring staff, and controlling labor and food costs while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• Hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to build and mentor a team for success.
• Learn new skills with a self-starting mindset and maintain professional appearance.
• Available to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience in operations, management, inventory, scheduling or guest relations is a plus.
• Must have prior restaurant experience; strong communications and scheduling flexibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts to ensure fast, friendly service and safety.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve performance and guest satisfaction goals.
• Monitor labor and food costs and maintain quality standards.
