JRI Hospitality is looking for an Hourly Manager at a Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers location in Georgia. You will coach and develop team members, lead shifts, and focus on hospitality, speed of service, and quality.

Responsibilities include assisting management with daily operations, controlling labor and food costs, recruiting and retaining staff, and maintaining safety and cleanliness while delivering made-to-order items. 18+ with prior restaurant experience required.

Formación

• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• Strong communications skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Available to work various hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hourly managers and assist management with daily operations.
• Help control labor and food costs and build relationships with guests.
• Ensure speed of service, hospitality, and safety & cleanliness.
