Beef 'O' Brady's is seeking an Hourly Manager for our award-winning Family Sports Pub in Tuscaloosa. This role requires leading a team to deliver great food, maintain safety standards and manage weekly inventories in a casual, family-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in a full-service restaurant culinary management role, be 21+, and available for nights, weekends, and holidays, with ability to stand, lift up to 60 lbs, and work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
• Minimum 21 years or older
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver great food, prepared to company standards
• Ensure adherence to all food safety standards
• Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals
• Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Participate in weekly/monthly inventories
• Maintain budgeted food cost
• Write weekly kitchen schedules
• Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards
