Job summary

JRI Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Manager for Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. As part of the Leadership Team, you will coach and develop team members, work with the Restaurant Operating Partner, and oversee daily operations to deliver made-to-order menu items with hospitality and speed.

You will drive KPIs, recruit and retain staff, maintain safety and cleanliness, and foster a culture where guests and team members enjoy coming to work.

Qualifications

• Hospitality focus and strong communications required.
• Ability to learn new skills and self-starting mindset.
• Availability to work varied hours including days, nights and weekends.
