Responsibilities

• Supervises cooks and associates, ensuring food handling, sanitation and customer service standards.
• Schedules hourly kitchen staff, interviewing, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Prepares high-quality food according to recipes to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Maintains proper serving temperatures and portion control.
• Manages inventory, waste and procurement of supplies.
• Ensures sanitation of equipment and workstation; keeps area clean.
• Assists in recipe and menu development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
