• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive to deliver food and beverages to functions.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation and orderly equipment and supplies.
• Assists staff in setting up rooms to desired specifications.
