Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules for the team.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety requirements are met.
• Serve as the main contact for employee requests and time-off concerns.
• Mentor and develop staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
