Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Hourly Assistant Manager to lead the operations of a single restaurant in Miami, driving profitability, guest service and people development under the RGM. The HAM manages 20-45 staff, and supports daily operations with a focus on cash control and brand standards.

Responsibilities include inventory control, vendor coordination, and coaching shifts coordinators to improve performance while ensuring safe, efficient service and adherence to schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to travel to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs and perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
• Place and receive inventory truck orders and maintain asset lists.
• Ensure preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Adhere to cash control and security procedures.
• Motivate and direct team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Provide coaching to team members to increase performance.
• Direct restaurant operations for efficient preparation and sale of products within speed guidelines.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
• Coordinate with other locations as required.

Hourly Assistant ManagerSchedule- Based on business needsJob Status- Full timePOSITION OVERVIEW:The Hourly Assistant Manager (HAM) is the operations leader of the restaurant focused on profitability, Guest service, people development and operations management. The HAM supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant, driving key performance outcomes.
