Hyatt Select Nashville/Opryland is seeking a Van Driver to shuttle guests to designated locations, assist with luggage, and perform concierge duties. The role requires strong navigation, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple pickups on a changing schedule.

Responsibilities include driving the van on scheduled runs, greeting guests, loading luggage, escorting guests to rooms, and providing local information and directions.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year driving experience.
• Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record).
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Avion Hospitality standards, as required by scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Greet guests in a pleasant manner.
• Load and unload luggage carts and van with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms upon request and check/store luggage for arrivals/departures.
• Open and close cab doors for arriving and departing guests.
• Deliver messages to meeting rooms and provide information/maps/directions as required.
• Maintain current listing of local attractions and transportation guides.
• Provide information and directions; ensure lobby reader board is correct.
• Maintain cleanliness of van interior/exterior and front areas.
• Drive van as per scheduled runs and assist guest services agents.
