Avion Hospitality is seeking a Van Driver in Nashville, TN to provide top-tier guest transport and concierge services. You will drive scheduled van runs, assist guests with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and deliver messages and directions as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year driving experience preferred.
• MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) acceptable.
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses quickly and accurately.
• Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive the van according to scheduled van runs and/or as needed for guests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms upon request; deliver messages to meeting rooms.
• Provide information, maps, and directions as required for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of van interior and exterior; ensure lobby area looks presentable.
• Load and unload luggage carts; greet guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance as per hotel scheduling; adhere to brand standards.
