Tharaldson Hospitality Management in Nashville, TN is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for hotel guests at Hyatt House. You will assist with luggage, keep the vehicle clean, and ensure a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

The role requires a valid driver\\'s license with a clean record, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver\\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a passenger shuttle or similar vehicle.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather; including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the hotel and designated locations.
• Greet guests professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Operate the shuttle in compliance with local, state, and federal traffic laws.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and safety checklists.
• Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Maintain transportation logs as required.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area.
• Assist with other hotel duties as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
