Responsibilities

• Load/unload luggage and assist with check‑ins/outs; escort guests as needed.
• Provide area maps, directions, and local attraction guidance.
• Keep the van clean and transport guests on scheduled runs.
• Answer guest services console, support room changes, and follow safety policies.
