Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a part-time Van Driver for Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and transport guests to destinations while maintaining a welcoming, door-to-door service attitude.

Responsibilities include helping with check-ins, guiding guests, and ensuring the lobby stays presentable. A high school diploma, valid license, and good driving record are required; prior hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record; at least one year of driving experience.
• Strong communication, fast decision-making, and ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and team members warmly, maintain a professional appearance and attendance.
• Load and unload luggage, assist with check-ins/check-outs, escort guests to rooms, and deliver items as needed.
• Stay updated on local attractions, provide maps and directions, and keep lobby areas clean and welcoming.
• Keep the van clean inside and out, transport guests on scheduled runs, and showcase hotel rooms and amenities.
