Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Experience as a driver, preferably in customer service.
• Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
• Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with guests.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift luggage if needed.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the hotel's shuttle van to transport passengers to and from the Nashville Airport.
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Greet passengers professionally and assist with luggage; provide local information and recommendations.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and safety protocols; maintain a clean driving record.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs; keep the shuttle van clean.
• Communicate clearly with passengers, drivers, and hotel staff about delays or changes.
