Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles at our Austin location. You will assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, provide directions, and communicate clearly to ensure a smooth experience.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy with tickets and keys, and a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Accurately handle keys, tickets and claim checks; manage cash as needed.
