Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring a Guest Service Associate in Austin, TX. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with luggage while delivering friendly, efficient hospitality.

You will also provide directions, answer questions, and ensure safety and security of vehicles and guests throughout arrivals and departures. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one month of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient hospitality.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and cash handling when needed.
