Responsibilities

• Negotiate and maintain hotel relationships
• Request and secure competitive hotel rates

• Coordinate bookings for individual travelers and groups
• Forecast room blocks and manage attrition/cancellations
• Communicate updates with hotels and vendors
• Book and reconfirm hotel security arrangements
• Support Reservations, Operations, and Sales teams for seamless travel
