Job summary

Guest Worldwide, a Sysco subsidiary based in the United States, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist Customer & Territory Managers with hotel and operational supplies orders, tracking, and pricing. You will provide timely information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal departments.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling, communication, and service excellence, with opportunities for training and growth within the Sysco network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2 years' Customer Service experience, including shipping procedures and inventory control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and proactive collaboration skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from Territory Managers; provide ETA, order history data and pricing.
• Process orders, invoices, credits/returns; respond to customer inquiries.
• Enter/update vendor drop ship orders with item details and costs.
• Manage back orders and ETA; check stock availability and substitutions if needed.
• Research ETA, proof of delivery, shipment tracking and returns information.
• Prepare and send customer order acknowledgements; communicate status to customers and TM.
• Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies and returns following company policies.
• Participate in Sysco Interactive University and other trainings.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Purchasing on order releases and deliveries.
