You will clean, sanitize, and prepare dishes and kitchen equipment for service, while collaborating with culinary and outlet teams to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically able to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and glassware to highest hygiene standards.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and perform manual cleaning as needed.
• Organize and store cleaned items for easy access and workflow.
• Maintain spotless floors, walls, counters, and equipment for safety.
• Assist culinary and banquet teams to ensure seamless service.
• Deliver clean plates and utensils to kitchen/service areas promptly.
• Assist with waste disposal and inventory of cleaning supplies.
