You will ensure dishes, glassware, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized, cooperating with culinary and banquet teams to keep service running smoothly.

You should be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to tasks and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• You maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware.
• Operate dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning as needed.
• Organize and store cleaned items for easy access.
• Keep floors, walls, counters, and equipment spotless for safety.
• Support culinary and banquet teams with equipment and supplies.
• Deliver clean plates and utensils to kitchen or service areas promptly.
• Dispose of trash and manage waste according to hotel standards.
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and restock as needed.
• Report broken equipment to supervisor.
