Job summary

Lodgco is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher for Canopy by Hilton Grand Rapids Downtown in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on maintaining dishroom cleanliness and supporting catering and general cleaning duties to uphold hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience in a server role.
• Applicable state certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus, assisting with drink and meal orders.
• Take orders, manage cash, balance checks, and close out shifts.
• Assist with room service and ensure correct food presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish area and utensils.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
