Job summary

Wischermann Partners in Owatonna, MN is seeking a Steward to maintain storage and cleanliness of all tableware, cookware, and service items. You will support daily service and banquet setups to ensure availability and quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least two years in a similar hospitality role. You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, work AM/PM shifts, and be flexible for weekends and holidays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Must perform duties with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk throughout shift.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation of dishwashing and storage areas and equipment.
• Sort, wash, store china, glassware, silverware and service wares.
• Assist in food service sets and banquet functions; breakdown afterward.
• Maintain inventory control of all tableware and service equipment.
• Operate cleaning equipment and ensure high sanitation standards.
