Moxy is seeking an experienced Starbucks Manager to oversee the Starbucks located within the Moxy hotel in Charlotte. You will lead daily store operations, ensure adherence to Starbucks and hotel standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include inventory management, staff development, scheduling, financial oversight, and collaboration with hotel teams to align guest service. Prior Starbucks/store management experience preferred.

Competenze

• Prior Starbucks experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in food and beverage or retail management required.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
• Previous experience managing a Starbucks store or equivalent brand.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Certification in food safety or management training.

• Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Act as the primary liaison between Starbucks corporate, the hotel management team, and staff.
• Participate in hotel meetings to align goals, special events, and guest needs.
