Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Sous Chef in Atlanta, GA to supervise food preparation across culinary operations in a hotel setting. You will ensure quality, portion control, taste, and presentation meet Executive Chef standards, and oversee staff, health/safety, and kitchen cleanliness.

Responsibilities include assisting with menu planning, supervising staff, managing inventory, and coordinating with banquet and restaurant teams for events and daily service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a culinary role, preferably in hotel/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff while ensuring food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate food preparation to meet quality and portion standards.
• Assist Executive Chef with menu planning and cost considerations.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training and feedback.
