Job summary

Encore Hospitality is seeking a Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests to designated locations and deliver excellent service. You will assist guests, maintain a clean vehicle, and follow routes and schedules while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication, with opportunities to interact across hotel departments. Prior hospitality experience is helpful, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Previous guest service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly during check-in and check-out, verify reservations and process payments.
• Provide guests with room information, hotel amenities, and local recommendations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain guest records and transactions.
• Share information about hotel services and local attractions with guests.
• Monitor safety, report issues, and assist in emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage for smooth operations.
