The position offers hourly pay of $15.50 plus tips, with a benefits package including 401(k) and paid time off. Flexible scheduling and airport certification readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.

• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• State Driver’s License with no restrictions to operate shuttle.
• Ability to clear all airport certification requirements for shuttle operation.

Responsibilities

• Operates Hotel Shuttle Service and ensures 100% guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests, provide seamless arrival and departure experiences.
• Know hotel services and local attractions; answer guest questions.
• Drive to local destinations on request or schedule and follow airport procedures.
• Log trips, manage fuel receipts, and coordinate with front desk and other drivers.
• Assist with luggage and maintain lobby area when not driving.
