Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Driver to safely transport guests between the hotel and airports, attractions, or other local locations, delivering courteous, timely service and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include keeping the vehicle clean and in good working order, loading luggage, completing transportation logs, and following safety procedures; a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required; a High School diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Driving record free of serious infractions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner immediately upon interaction.
• Transport guests safely to and from airport or other locations by driving shuttle vans or other vehicles.
• Load and unload guest luggage and other materials.
• Complete required transportation logs.
• Report vehicle mechanical problems immediately.
• Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM Hotels’ EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
