Job summary

You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with company standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; preferred.
• Able to write reports and business correspondence.
• Strong ability to present information to groups of managers and the public.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage a designated shift.
• Monitor performance and profit objectives and support operational goals.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and prepare shift reports.
• Create efficient schedules while controlling labor costs.
• Assist in budgeting and report budget concerns to leadership.
• Uphold customer service standards and resolve guest issues.
• Oversee hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Bell Service, and Reservations.
• Direct and evaluate housekeeping supervisors to maintain high cleanliness standards.
