Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor in the Vicksburg area to lead the daily operations of housekeeping and Front Desk staff on a shift. You will help manage schedules, ensure cleanliness standards, and support guest satisfaction throughout the property.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills, plus experience with hotel systems and Microsoft Office. Starting salary is competitive and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly and answer questions from groups of managers, guests and the public.
• Must interact well with guests and staff and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of hotel systems software and hotel operations procedures.
• Must be able to perform physical duties of Hotel Housekeeping team members when needed.
• Ability to operate housekeeping equipment and tools.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and hotel safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Hotel Housekeeping and Front Desk staff during assigned shifts.
• Assist with staff development and training programs.
• Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and feedback on performance and service standards.
• Help staff with staffing and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Plan and direct work to achieve operational and guest service goals.
• Manage work procedures and expedite workflow.
• Provide guidance on performance, coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
