Job summary

You must have an Associate’s degree or equivalent, strong writing and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel software, and flexibility to work all shifts; Michigan Gaming Control Board

Qualifications

• AA degree in related field required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to managers and guests.
• Good math skills; ability to compute rates and percentages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel software.
• Flexible to work all shifts; Michigan Gaming Control Board License Level 2 may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage a designated shift.
• Support and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and communicate shift reports.
• Assist in creating schedules and controlling labor costs.
• Assist in budgeting and revenue management for hotel operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns on shift.
