Qualifications

• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Willingness to pitch in and help co-workers.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and etiquette.
• Knowledge of table settings, service ware and menu items.

Responsibilities

• Check station for cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
• Greet guests and explain specials and promotions.
• Record and repeat orders to ensure accuracy.
• Enter orders into the POS system for the kitchen.
• Deliver orders to guests with accuracy and appropriate condiments.
• Comply with state and corporate dining regulations and policies.
• Provide desserts and specialty coffee service when requested.
• Close out checks and present the bill promptly.
