Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a Security Site Supervisor for a 28-story, 390-room hotel in Chicago's Streeterville. You will lead on-site security operations, supervise officers, enforce access control, and ensure guest safety while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include directing shifts, coordinating with hotel teams, and conducting training on emergency protocols and de-escalation to maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Possession of a valid security license if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule, and supervise on-duty security officers to ensure safety and guest privacy.
• Serve as primary liaison to hotel management, front desk, housekeeping and guest services.
• Lead site training on hotel emergency protocols and customer service.
• Maintain access control and monitor CCTV, keycard systems, and incident logs.
