Job summary

Titan Security Group in Chicago seeks a Security Shift Supervisor to manage shift operations for a 52-story Class A skyscraper and a 1.5-acre riverside plaza. Reporting to the Security Director, you will lead on-duty officers, oversee access control and CCTV, and uphold security standards across a 1 million+ sq. ft. site.

Schedule: Thursday-Sunday 3:00pm–11:00pm, Monday 11:00pm–07:00am. This role emphasizes leadership, client service, and safety across all shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of prior security officer experience and 2 years of continuous supervisory experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and motivate on-duty security officers to ensure adherence to post orders and safety guidelines.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Titan Management.
• Manage a team of guards, including coaching, development and performance reviews.
• Ensure security services meet client expectations and protect people and property.
• Handle escalated incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Maintain post orders, access control procedures, and CCTV monitoring.
