Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Lead Security Officer / Concierge to supervise the on-site resident service team at a premier luxury high-rise in Chicago. You will manage door staff, access control, and guest services, ensuring top-tier safety and five-star service.

Responsibilities include staff development, incident reporting, and coordinating with property management to maintain high-end standards for residents and guests in all weather and shift conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in security, high-end hospitality, or luxury residential concierge services.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; ability to obtain a valid state security license (PERC).
• Excellent English communication, multilingual a plus; strong conflict de-escalation and guest relations abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, incident logging, visitor management, and scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk, concierge, and customer service desk operations.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training and performance management.
• Foster strong relationships with property management, residents, and site personnel.
