Qualifications

• Experience in a Security role is required.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications required.
• CPR/First Aid certification desired.
• Professional presentation is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and security of guests, associates, and hotel premises.
• Oversee comprehensive training for new Officers.
• Monitor staff performance and activities.
• Complete daily reports and documentation.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions.
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Patrol the property and monitor surveillance equipment.
• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Investigate and report violations of law or hotel policy.
• Report and investigate accidents, complaints, and crisis situations.
• Conduct key control audits and maintain records.
• Maintain Daily Activity Reports.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative way.
• Follow department policies and service standards.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
