Qualifications

• Must have the ability to handle stress and pressure while maintaining composure.
• Must have the ability to resolve problems effectively and in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising Front Office operations to maximize guest satisfaction and room revenue.
• Oversee guest arrivals and departures and ensure personalized service.
• Manage check-ins and VIP arrangements, amenities, and logbook.
• Monitor daily revenues and expenses and enforce controls.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments for guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assign tasks, train staff, and manage overtime as needed.
