Job summary

The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, operated by HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Loss Prevention Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff at Tucson, AZ. You will patrol, respond to incidents, and assist in emergencies to protect the property and guest experience.

Key responsibilities include patrolling public areas, interviewing individuals, filing reports, and coordinating with management and authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security or loss prevention preferred.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to respond calmly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Patrol lobby, corridors and public areas to maintain visible security.
• Interview guests and staff as needed and report incidents.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in evacuations.
• File incident reports and notify management.
• Protect property and assist with recovering unbilled guest items.
