Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant for Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ. You will clean rooms, restock supplies, and ensure public areas meet high standards while addressing guest questions.

Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance needs, updating room status, and following all housekeeping procedures. Previous experience is preferred but not required; a background check is required to proceed.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas.
• Make beds and replenish supplies in guest rooms.
• Address guest queries and resolve complaints within scope of responsibilities.
• Update status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
• Return and restock cleaning cart at shift end.
• Report maintenance issues and notify supervisor as needed.
• Comply with all housekeeping policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
