Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, stairwells, and elevators.
• Ensure public restrooms are fully stocked and sanitized throughout the day.
• Maintain furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, and décor to keep them clean and presentable.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering directions or information about hotel amenities.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
• Address hazards such as wet floors or loose fixtures immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.
