Responsibilities

• Maintain general safety and security of guests and hotel property.
• Provide direction and assistance to guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Respond to guest incidents and security situations promptly and professionally.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures relating to guest safety and security.
• Work as a team to meet guest needs and assist other departments as needed.
• Understand and follow CSM guest service recovery program.
• Use equipment and supplies properly and manage costs to reduce waste.
• Conduct routine inspections of property to ensure safety and security standards.
• Identify and act on loss prevention opportunities.
• Keep work environment safe and report incidents per policy.
• Complete safety and security documentation and follow up as required.
• Be thoroughly knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures.
