Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a hotel security professional to perform protective and enforcement duties ensuring a safe environment for guests, staff, and property. The role involves foot patrols, monitoring safety protocols, and coordinating with Front Desk for a secure lobby and entrances.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a busy hotel setting while maintaining confidentiality and reporting incidents clearly.

Qualifications

• Must have a flexible schedule and ability to work days, evenings or nights any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy environment and remain flexible.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must have a self-starting personality with an even disposition to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
• Possess excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of shift on foot patrol, observing for safety risks or undesired conditions.
• Maintain order in the hotel and assist guests with door lock problems.
• Coordinate expedient emergency responses in calm, rational and persuasive manner.
• Check I.D. of visitors as necessary and monitor safety cameras when applicable.
• Complete Incident/Accident Reports clearly and concisely.
• Assist guests to rooms and during medical emergencies.
