Job summary

Montage International is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to protect guests, associates, and assets at our luxury property. The role involves patrolling interior and exterior areas, monitoring CCTV, and responding to incidents with a focus on safety and service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, and 2–3 years of security experience. Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree is an asset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of property.
• Check for unsecured doors, restricted areas, and safety hazards.
• Respond to guest and associate calls; prioritise emergencies.
• Draft incident reports and maintain logs (keys, lost and found, passes).
• View CCTV and maintain surveillance of grounds.
• Provide daily associate safety training and hazard resolution.
• Communicate updates on incidents and shifts.
• Maintain professional security presence with strong customer service.
