Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a hotel security professional to ensure safety for guests, employees, and property. The role involves responding to incidents, patrolling property, and coordinating with various departments to maintain security standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and about one year of security experience, with fluency in English. Training and CPR/First Aid certifications may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English.
• Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer may be required or highly desired.
• Reading and writing abilities are utilized to document tasks and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Record incidents and related information for police, legal and insurance use.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with hotel staff and corporate risk management.
• Respond promptly to guest incidents and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Patrol assigned areas, monitor surveillance, and secure doors and assets.
