Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team and drive hotel revenue. You will provide administrative support, maintain key information, and ensure seamless communication to let the Sales Team focus on client relationships and revenue targets.

Key duties include coordinating site inspections, handling leads, managing contracts in Delphi, and preparing weekly forecasts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience in hospitality preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious workplace.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Delphi collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service aligned with the company culture.
• Route correspondence, draft letters, maintain merge docs, and analyze information.
• Review and present items requiring signatures to Sales Director.
• Complete weekly departmental forecast and production updates.
• Assist Sales Managers with client site inspections or conduct them independently.
• Log and distribute incoming sales leads from multiple sources.
• Coordinate with accounting and vendors regarding commissions.
• Quote room rates and terms; assist with customer or hotel needs as directed.
• Review hotel sales contracts for accuracy and reflect terms in Delphi.
• Maintain reminders in Delphi for follow-ups and action items.
• Protect confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Support SOP documentation and user training.
