Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Hotel Sales Manager to promote, prospect, and develop client relationships, booking room and meeting room business while maintaining brand standards.

The role involves budgeting for events, coordinating with operations, and contributing to revenue management and marketing opportunities to attract corporate and group business. Strong communication and sales background preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-year certificate from college or technical school; six months related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in promoting and booking rooms and events for hotels.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence and prepare figures such as discounts, commissions, and portions.

Responsabilités

• Promote, prospect, develop client relationships, and book sleeping rooms and events.
• Interact with guests and staff in a courteous, professional manner.
• Create budgets for booked events including labor, audiovisual, food, and entertainment costs.
• Oversee setup of meeting rooms and maintain up-to-date client accounts in the PMS/CRM system.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and participate in Revenue Management calls.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Franchise Revenue Manager to identify marketing opportunities.
• Use outreach methods (mailings, calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person meetings) to solicit business.
