Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Task Force Sales Manager to drive group sales for hotels and resorts within our Marriott properties portfolio. This role emphasizes proactive cold calls, meetings, and on-site inspections to grow revenue and loyalty.

Ideal candidates have a background in hotel sales, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering service excellence across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience as a Sales Manager in a hotel/resort environment.
• Delphi or CI/TY sales systems experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with the public and team members.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make personal visits to target areas and call on companies and associations.
• Book meetings, conferences, and social guests from assigned areas.
• Dedicate majority of time to direct telephone sales.
• Rework and maintain old accounts and solicit new ones.
• Set up site inspections and follow through with clients.
• Attend trade shows and events; network with industry stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with corporate meeting planners and industry associations.
• Develop new accounts and forecast revenue opportunities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper service delivery.
